We aim to deliver on time. Factors out of our control such as weather and traffic conditions occasionally prevent us from achieving this. We cannot accept liability for late delivery arising from conditions beyond our control.
We are not responsible for failure to deliver to the given address due to no-one being able to accept the delivery.
We are not responsible or liable for the delay or failure of your delivery if you have entered an incorrect address when ordering.
No re-delivery attempts will be made due to health & hygiene reasons.
You can cancel your order before the restaurant has accepted it, but not after.
When you receive the delivery if you find that any products are severely damaged or are in an unacceptable condition then you must inform us immediately and we shall inspect the product. We might ask for photographic evidence.
At our discretion only if we find that the product delivered is not up to our usual standard, we will issue a new delivery.
Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned. As our products fall under perishable, returns are exempt.
Customers can claim a refund if their order was more than 1.5 hours late (not due to factors outside our control mentioned above), if they received the wrong items and if any items are missing spilled or damaged and therefore not suitable for consumption.
All refunds will be processed within 5 working days. Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete.
We will refund orders at our discretion where we see fit. A 5% refund charge may apply in certain cases.
